Vendor Invitation: Knitting by the Sea Retreat Marketplace

We invite fiber artists, yarn shops, designers, and related businesses to apply for the Knitting by the Sea Retreat Vendor Marketplace, held on Saturday, March 21, from 12:00–4:00 PM.

The marketplace is open to retreat attendees as well as local and regional knitters and fiber enthusiasts from Virginia and North Carolina, making this a fantastic opportunity to reach a highly engaged fiber community.

Marketplace Experience

The vendor market will be held in two combined conference ballrooms at the hotel, the same successful and spacious setup used last year. This expanded space allows vendors to spread out comfortably while creating a safe, enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.

Vendor Information

• Vendor spaces are 10 x 8 feet (fee applies per space- you can request more than one)

• A contribution for raffle door prizes is requested

• Optional add-ons include:

  • Tables (available for a small additional fee)

  • Box lunches for vendors (available for a small additional fee)

• Vendors are welcome to participate in retreat activities

• Vendors may also choose to attend the entire retreat weekend if desired (at a discounted rate)
