Knitting by the Sea Retreat 2026 Registration

Open only to Tidewater Knitting Guild of Virginia members until January 1, 2026. It will be available then to non-members at an increased rate of $300.
Space is limited to 80, on a first come, first served basis.

If there is interest beyond 80 people, we will run a waitlist.

Registration is non-refundable, but transferable. If you register and later find out you cannot attend, you may sell your registration to someone else.

Group room rates per night are:

$136 (2 queen beds/side ocean view)
$159 (2 queen beds/ocean view)
$179 (1 king bed suite/ocean view)

Please note: these special room rates expire February 20, 2026. Rooms can be canceled up to 72 hours prior to arrival with no charges incurred on your credit card.

Outside food and beverage is permitted in hotel rooms (which include a mini fridge and microwave) but is prohibited in the event spaces. You may purchase food and beverage items from the hotel store for consumption in the event spaces.

Hotel checkout is 11:00 am. Late checkouts will incur a half day room rate charge. Checkouts after 1:00 pm are a full day rate.
