Class Description: Learn to knit two socks at once using the Magic Loop (or Two Circulars) method. Students will knit a pair of small sample socks in medium-weight yarn during the class.
Students will knit a pair of socks from toe to cuff with a Fleegle heel construction using medium-weight yarn during the class.
Homework: NONE!
Skill Level: Knitters should know how to cast on/bind off, knit/purl, work basic increases and decreases.
Student Supply List:
Worsted weight yarn [CYC 4 medium]: at least 50 grams of smooth, light colored yarn divided into two equal balls.
US 7 or 8 [4.5 or 5 mm] needles
One double-pointed needle
Magic Loop - 40 in [100 mm] circular needles
Two Circulars - Two 24 in [60 cm] circular needles
Stitch markers, scissors, and a tapestry needle
